Agreement to Terms

Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product information and pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking via PhonePe
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
  • All payments are processed securely
  • GST invoices are provided for wholesale orders

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available to registered businesses with valid GSTIN. Minimum order value of ₹5,000 applies for wholesale pricing. We reserve the right to verify GST details and approve or reject wholesale applications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, images, and product descriptions are the property of Palmora Foods and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  1. Reproduce or distribute content without permission
  2. Use our brand assets for commercial purposes

Limitation of Liability

Palmora Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
